Hi, We’re Kathleen Stansfield and Christine Royal, a Mother-Daughter team. Kathleen is a full-time Realtor and Resident in Venice Florida, while Christine is also a full-time Realtor and resident of North Port. We serve the surrounding counties of Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte. Kathleen has been licensed since 2013 and hold the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), the MCNE designation (Master Certified Negotiating Expert), the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), the RSPS (Resort and Second Home Specialist), the SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Representative), the NHCB (New Home Co-Broker), the SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), and CAM (Community Association Manager license). While Christine has been licensed since 2023 and holds her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative).
